Releases

Source releases are published on the GitHub releases page. Each release has the source as a .tar.gz and a .tar.lz, with a detached signature (.sig) beside each.

Checking a release

Releases are signed with a key whose user id is Flex Releases <releases@flexlexer.org>. The key is published on keys.openpgp.org. Its fingerprint will be listed here once the first release is signed with it.

Releases before the one that introduces this key were signed by other keys, for example 2.6.4 by E4B29C8D64885307.

Getting the source from Git

git clone https://github.com/westes/flex.git

Building from Git needs more tools than building from a release tarball. See the section “Building from the git repository” in INSTALL.md.
